By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the secure e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Hivlocity creates premium designer wall art, poster collections, split poster sets, evidence boards, and other decorative products.

Many of our products are produced only after an order is placed. Because of this:

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile screen, lighting conditions, or printing process.

Minor variations in trimming, finish, texture, or print alignment are normal characteristics of the production process and shall not be considered defects.

SECTION 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, graphics, layouts, product designs, photographs, logos, branding elements, website content, packaging, typography, and creative assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Hivlocity.

SECTION 4 – AUTHENTICITY

Selected Hivlocity products may include an Authenticity Certificate.

This certificate verifies that the purchased artwork is an authentic Hivlocity product.

Authenticity Certificates:

cannot be copied,
cannot be reproduced,
cannot be sold separately,
cannot be transferred independently of the product they accompany.

SECTION 5 – PRICING

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

modify prices,
discontinue products,
update product descriptions,
introduce or withdraw promotional offers

at any time.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if:

payment cannot be verified,
incorrect pricing has occurred,

the product becomes unavailable,

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

SECTION 7 – PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

Most Hivlocity products are printed or manufactured only after an order is placed.

As production begins shortly after payment confirmation:

Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
We cannot exchange products because of incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING

Delivery timelines shown on our website are estimates.

Actual delivery may vary because of:

courier delays,
weather conditions,
public holidays,
customs procedures,
natural disasters,
operational disruptions beyond our control.

Hivlocity shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

SECTION 10 – INSTALLATION

Customers are responsible for installing products correctly.

Hivlocity shall not be liable for damage to:

painted walls,
wallpaper,
furniture,
glass,
wood,
plaster,
or any other surface

caused during installation or removal of our products or any supplied adhesive accessories.

Always test adhesives on a small area before installation.

SECTION 11 – LIMITED EDITIONS

Certain products may be released as limited editions or exclusive collections.

Once discontinued, Hivlocity is under no obligation to reproduce, restock, or reissue these products.

SECTION 12 – USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to Hivlocity, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes.

You confirm that any content submitted by you:
