Every piece we create is designed from scratch by students who obsess over storytelling, music, cinema, culture, and design. No shortcuts. No AI. Just hours of sketching, refining, and creating art that deserves to be looked at twice.

Shipping Policy

At Hivlocity, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Since many of our products are printed and assembled only after an order is placed, please allow us the necessary time to create, inspect, and package your order with care.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, certain remote or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your address falls outside our delivery network, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address or issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.

Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our production and quality inspection process.

As most Hivlocity products are made-to-order, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your delivery location.

While many customers receive their orders sooner, delivery timelines may vary due to:

Remote delivery locations
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Other circumstances beyond our control

We always work closely with our trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.

If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply.

Multiple Products

If you order multiple products in a single purchase, we will make every effort to ship them together in one package whenever possible.

However, depending on product sizes, packaging requirements, or production schedules, your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping cost.

If you wish to ship products to different addresses, separate orders must be placed for each delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package to us.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video and contacting us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
